At some point of time losing weight is not an ambiguity. You think by controlling and lessening your diet you can lose your weight. But this is not true and justified as it can make your weight loss voyage more complex. Before starting this trip you must need to have a glance on some erroneous beliefs which are listed below:

1. Make an effort to eat an accurate amount of calories.

If you decide to reduce some weight, then if you will eat 500 less calories per 24 hours within the duration of one week then you will lose 1 pound of fat. But the answer is very easy and that is, since many years you are consuming 2900 calories which becomes the major and a prior reason to lose weight. And after a long calculation you came to know that you are still over eating some calories. In your own opinion and observation you are dieting but in actuality you are overeating. To really lose your weight you have to consume at least 500 less calories in a day than burn your calories. So in fact you need to eat some fewer amounts than you are thinking.

2. Metabolism of the body can be boosted by eating specific foods

It is a chemical process which occurs in living cell of the body which releases energy for activities and to maintain the normal life. Yes it is true that one can boost up the metabolism but this can’t be as high as 50% to 100% and science has a strong reason for it.

There are certain symptoms of high metabolic rate like elevated heart beat, breathing and perspiration. Symptoms are similar to when you exercise for consuming calories and your breath speed is also high during the exercise. Excessive exercise also led to fatigue, thirst and perspiration.

Clenbutbuterol is a drug which is used by bodybuilders and sportsman to boost up the metabolism rate. But you know this is also giving symptoms like speedy heart beat breath speed, thirst and fatigue.

Similarly do special recipes like green tea make you feel that you have been exercising for a long?  Actually it is not like this, because they cannot do much effect.

3. Distressing about “Starvation Mode”

Eating basic and enough food can really cause you to store more fat. So to lose weight in an accurate and precise manner you need to eat enough food. This theory is based on various scientific facts and recommendations. When you are hungry your body does not have energy and power and your metabolism production slows down.

Studies have revealed, however, that persons can actually eat very less calories for complete time periods with no modification in their metabolism. In fact, it is not very easy to go into starvation mode until you obtain down to 5% body fat (10% for women).

Obese people having more fat available can oxidize more body fat than per minute. Oxidization per minute depends upon availability of fat on you. 4. Six meals in a day to lose weight

Concept of six meals began with body builders and was originally promoted for losing the weight among body builders. It was sensible for them because any body builder starts his diet as if a normal human eats.

For builder weighing 260-pound, six time meal is enough for losing his weight. At initial stage he has to start by reducing his calorie consumption to about 2400. At six meals per day, this man eating about 400 calories at each meal.

But a woman who is 5’4” tall and weighing almost 130 pounds cannot do like a body builder. Because 2400 calorie is normal standard for all and if she wishes to lose the weight she has to reduce it to 1300 calorie. That implies 220 calorie in each meal if it is divided by 6 which is equivalent to a half cup yogurt or a medium sized Banana.

But if banana goes bigger she has to adjust next meal for exact intake. It seems difficult somebody to be so strict with diet schedule. And going for 6 meals also required another 6 hours of preparation and doing math for exact calorie in food.

5. Which Exercise burn how much of calories?

Doing regular exercise cuts the calories, but how much burn during your exercise. Here is the example: you have the average weight then you need to walk at least 5 miles to burn your extra 500 calories. And this will take 1 hour and these burns your calories.

And if you keep on taking the same amount of calories every day and manage regularly walk into a far space for a 1 hour every day then exactly you can lose 1 pound every week. But the calories you consume should be exactly as you are taking for your current weight. And if you are eating extra then little extra walking will not affect you.

Eating less should be the focus instead of burning the calorie. A regular and a simple diet will help to reduce the weight and exercise will add strength to the muscles.
